CONTRIBUTION TO PIBG FOR 2012

Dear Parents Of SMK Bandar Sri Damansara 1,

        

We would like to refer to the above matter and inform parents of the followings:-

2.1       The decision for the collection of PIBG contribution  was passed unanimously at the PIBG 8th Annual General Meeting held on the 31st Mac 2012. Subsequently, the school had also received an approval letter –JPNS PPN400-3/10/7.4(14) dated 30th April 2012 from the Selangor State Education Department (JPS).

2.2       For your information, the purpose of collecting contribution from parents is for the following expenditure : (Please click here for more detail CLICK HERE)

Note: All expenditure is audited by PIBG auditors dan presented in the PIBG AGM.

We hope parents are clear about the contribution paid to PIBG.  If you have any problem or queries  please refer them to the school management or the PIBG.

Dengan segala hormatnya, perkara di atas adalah dirujuk.

2. Adalah dimaklumkan bahawa Hari Terbuka SMK Bandar Sri Damansara (1) akan diadakan mengikut ketetapan berikut:

Tarikh     :  29 Jun 2012 ( Jumaat )
Masa        :  8.00 pagi hingga 12.00 tengah hari ( Sesi Pagi )
                   2.30 petang hingga 5.30 petang ( Sesi Petang )
Tempat    :  Kelas masing-masing

 3. Piihak sekolah amat berharap ibu bapa/ penjaga dapat meluangkan masa untuk hadir membincangkan kemajuan akademik dan sahsiah anak/ jagaan.

4. Semua ibu bapa murid Tingkatan 1 dikehendaki hadir untuk taklimat Pentaksiran Berasaskan Sekolah (PBS), yang  akan di adakan seperti berikut:

Tempat : Dewan Bestari, Blok B Tingkat 2
Masa : 2.30 petang.

5. Dato’/ Datin/Tuan /Puan diminta berjumpa dengan Guru Bimbingan & Kaunseling bersama anak di kaunter UBK, Dewan Budiman, Blok B, Tingkat Bawah  untuk menyemak dan menandatangani Buku Rekod Profil Perkhidmatan  Bimbingan & Kaunseling.  Kerjasama daripada pihak Dato’/ Datin/ Tuan/ Puan amatlah dihargai dan didahului dengan ribuan terima kasih.
